个人简介 Brief Introduction

My main work focuses on the preservation of soft-tissues in the fossil record. During my Ph.D., I worked on reconstructing the preservational mechanisms for soft-tissue preservation in the Fezouata Biota (Ordovician, Morocco) using geochemical, sedimentological, and paleontological approaches. Recently, I joined the Yunnan Key Laboratory for Palaeobiology to work on the Chengjiang Biota (Cambrian, China). I also have interests in constraining preservational biases in Paleozoic sites with soft-tissue preservation in order to better understand the structuring of ancient ecosystems.
